Scores of youths from across the country on 15th March 2024 gathered at Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka to take part in the 2024 National Youth Indaba.
The National Youth Indaba, a platform created to enable youths to interact with policy makers and implementors as well as to harness the views of the youth, attracted more than 2,500 who were addressed by H.E President Hakainde Hichilema.
During the event, the youth were given a platform among other activities to interact in a question-and-answer session with Republican President Hakainde Hichilema and his delegation.
President Hichilema highlighted Government’s commitment towards addressing matters concerning the welfare of the youth including entrepreneurship, employment, education, health and empowerment schemes.
The President also used the opportunity to challenge the youth to be innovative, creative and productive.
