The Agricultural Institute of Zambia (AIZ) partnered with Brand-Line Africa for its Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, held from 17 to 18 September 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lusaka.
The two-day meeting brought together experts, scientists, agribusiness professionals and other key stakeholders through both physical and online participation. The discussions focused on climate and agriculture in Zambia, exploring how the two can work together to build a more sustainable and resilient agricultural sector.
The event was also graced by the Permanent Secretary, Technical Services at the Ministry of Agriculture, Mr. John Mulongoti. His presence added significance to the gathering and reflected the importance of continued collaboration and dialogue in advancing Zambia’s agricultural sector. As the event managers, Brand-Line Africa was delighted to coordinate and support this important conference.
Participants shared insights, solutions and ideas aimed at addressing challenges within the agricultural sector and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. The meeting provided an important platform for meaningful engagement and the exchange of knowledge among professionals across the sector.
Brand-Line Africa played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the event. Our responsibilities included venue and vendor coordination, event registration, event branding, resource acquisition and venue setup. We managed the event environment and coordinated the various requirements to ensure that both the physical and online aspects of the AGM ran smoothly.
